    Ingredients:

    – 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
    – 2 tablespoons olive oil
    – 2 bell peppers, sliced
    – 1 onion, sliced
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 cup beef broth
    – 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    – 1 tablespoon cornstarch
    – 1 tablespoon water
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – 8 oz pasta, cooked al dente

    Directions:

    1. Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
    2. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Toss in the bell peppers, onion, and garlic, sautéing until the vegetables are tender.
    3. Make the Sauce: Whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl. Pour the mixture into the skillet with the vegetables.
    4. Combine and Cook: Return the steak to the skillet. Stir everything together, bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the sauce thickens.
    5. Serve: Serve the pepper steak over a bed of cooked pasta. Enjoy the flavors and comfort of this delightful dish!
