Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)
2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 ½ cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Directions:
1. Cook the Beef:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned.
Drain excess grease.
Add diced onion and garlic, cooking for 2–3 minutes until softened.
2. Add Liquids & Seasoning:

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Cook the Pasta:
Stir in uncooked elbow macaroni.
