    Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Recipe: A Decadent Dessert Delight

     

    Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Recipe: A Decadent Dessert Delight

    **Ingredients**

    **For the Cinnamon Filling:**
    – 1/4 cup butter, melted
    – 1/2 cup brown sugar
    – 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

    **For the Cheesecake:**
    – 24 oz cream cheese, softened
    – 1 cup granulated sugar
    – 3 large eggs
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 1/2 cup sour cream

    **For the Crust:**
    – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    – 1/4 cup sugar
    – 1/3 cup butter, melted

     

    **Directions**

    **Prepare the Crust:**
    1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
    2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.

    **Make the Cinnamon Filling:**
    1. Combine melted butter, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.

     

    **Make the Cheesecake Filling:**
    1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
    2. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    3. Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.

     

    **Assemble the Cheesecake:**
    1. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
    2. Drizzle half of the cinnamon filling over the cheesecake layer.
    3. Repeat with the remaining cheesecake mixture and cinnamon filling, creating layers.

     

    **Bake:**
    1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
    2. Bake the cheesecake for 60 minutes.
    3. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake sit inside for another hour without opening the oven door.

    **Chill:**
    1. Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight before serving to allow it to set properly.

    **Additional Information:**
    – **Prep Time:** 20 minutes
    – **Cooking Time:** 60 minutes
    – **Total Time:** 1 hour 20 minutes plus chilling
    – **Calories:** 500 kcal per serving
    – **Servings:** 12 servings
