chocolate cake
Ingredients: 200 g of chocolate
125 g of flour
+3 eggs
+1 packet of dry yeast
+125 g of sugar
+125 g of butter
– for the ganache: 200 g of whole milk or whole cream 30% fat (or half milk and half cream)
+200 g of pastry chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt the chocolate and the butter.
Mix the sugar and the eggs, then add the flour/yeast. Add the butter/chocolate mixture and mix well.
Pour into a cake tin and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Prepare the ganache:
Cut the chocolate into small pieces
Heat the milk or cream
At the first broth, pour the milk (or cream) over the chocolate, leave for a few minutes and mix with a whisk.
Let the ganache rest for 1 hour then pour over the cake and spread with a spatula.
