Chinese Pepper Steak with Onion

Ingredients:
Flank steak, thinly sliced
Bell peppers (any color), sliced
Onion, sliced
Garlic, minced
Fresh ginger, minced
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Cornstarch
Beef broth
Sesame oil
Vegetable oil
Salt & black pepper
Instructions:
Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness. Toss with soy sauce, cornstarch, and a drizzle of sesame oil.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until nicely browned, then remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger until fragrant and slightly tender but still crisp.
Return the beef to the pan. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and beef broth.
Stir and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the steak and vegetables.
