Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken broth

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Directions:

1. Season & Sear Chicken Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

2. Sauté Aromatics In the same pan, add onion and sauté for 3–4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute.

3. Cook Vegetables Add mushrooms and cook until golden. Toss in spinach and cook until wilted.

4. Make Creamy Parmesan Sauce Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer until thickened (3–4 minutes).
