Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 large onion, thinly sliced
– 4 garlic cloves, minced

– 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil

– 8 oz burrata cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat Oven: First, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
