Yummy with This Salad: Chicken, Mango, and Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
– 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
– 1 ripe mango, cut into cubes
– 1 ripe avocado, cut into cubes
– 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
– 2 cups mixed lettuce
– 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
– 1/4 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
For the Dressing:
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon honey
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mango, avocado, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
2. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
