    Cheesy Veggie Mug Quiche

    Ingredients:

    1 large egg
    2 tbsp milk
    2 tbsp shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite blend)
    2 tbsp finely chopped vegetables (bell pepper, spinach, mushroom, etc.)
    1 tbsp finely chopped onion (optional)
    Salt & black pepper, to taste
    Pinch of garlic powder or chili flakes (optional)
    1/2 tsp olive oil or non-stick spray

    Directions:

    Lightly grease a large microwave-safe mug with olive oil or non-stick spray.

    Crack the egg into the mug, add milk, and whisk with a fork until smooth.

    Stir in chopped veggies, shredded cheese, onion, and seasonings.

    Microwave on high for 1 minute.

    Check the center if it’s still runny, microwave for another 15–30 seconds until set.
