    Cheesy Veggie-Loaded Omelette Bomb

    Ingredients for One Omelette Bomb:

    2–3 large eggs

    1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

    1/4 cup sliced mushrooms

    1/4 cup fresh spinach

    1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)

    1 tsp olive oil or butter

    Salt, pepper, chili flakes to taste

    Optional: Dried parsley for garnish

     

    How to Make This Easy Veggie Omelette:

    In a skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Sauté chopped mushrooms and red bell pepper until soft. Add fresh spinach at the end for a quick nutrient boost. These veggies add a delicious, satisfying crunch and are perfect for a veggie-loaded breakfast.

    Crack eggs into a bowl and beat well. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili flakes for a little kick. This makes the eggs fluffy and flavorful the ideal base for a perfect omelette.

    Pour eggs into a non-stick skillet, swirling gently to coat the surface. Allow them to set slightly before adding your sautéed vegetables and shredded cheese to one side.

    When the cheese starts to melt and the eggs are mostly set, carefully fold the omelette in half. Cook for an extra minute to let the cheese fully melt this is your cheesy omelette moment of glory!
