Ingredients:
°4 slices of Texas toast or thick white bread
°1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or combination)
°2 tbsp unsalted butter dissolved
°2 garlic cloves chopped (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400 ° F (205 ° C).
Place the baking slices on the baking tray.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and chopped garlic (if using).
Brush the mixture evenly on both sides of the sliced bread.
Sprinkle evenly grated cheese over each slice.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the golden brown colour of the bread becomes.
Serve hot.
