Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

2 bell peppers (any color), chopped

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 can (15 oz) low-sodium beef broth

1 cup cooked white or brown rice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Directions:

Step 1: Make the Savory Beef Filling

1. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain any excess fat.

2. Add Veggies: Stir in the chopped onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook for 5–7 minutes until vegetables soften.
