Ingredients:

12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 ½ lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, finely diced
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
2 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 ½ cups shredded provolone cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Pat the steak dry. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove and loosely cover with foil.

Lower heat to medium. Add remaining butter.
Sauté onion until soft (about 3 minutes).
Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Sprinkle in the flour and cook 1 minute.
Slowly whisk in beef broth and heavy cream until smooth and thickened.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted.

Reduce heat to low.
Stir in provolone and Parmesan until the sauce becomes silky, smooth, and creamy.

Add the cooked steak (with juices) and bowtie pasta to the skillet.
Toss until fully coated.
Season with extra salt and pepper if needed.

Top with fresh parsley and serve warm.
