Cheesy Sloppy Joe Casserole with Manwich

Make this Cheesy Sloppy Joe Casserole with Manwich for a quick, family-friendly dinner! Tender ground beef, savory Manwich sauce, and gooey cheese baked over bowtie pasta comfort food made simple.

    Ingredients:

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 cup diced yellow onion
24 oz can original Manwich sauce
15 oz can original Manwich sauce
12 oz package farfalle (bowtie) pasta, cooked al dente
8 oz package shredded Velveeta cheese
8 oz package shredded Colby-Jack cheese

    Directions:

Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess grease.
Add Manwich Sauce: Stir in both cans of Manwich sauce (24 oz + 15 oz), coating the beef and onions evenly.
Combine Pasta: Mix in the cooked farfalle (bowtie) pasta until fully combined with the meat and sauce mixture.
Assemble Casserole: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Add Cheese: Top with shredded Velveeta and Colby-Jack cheese, spreading evenly over the casserole.
Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve & Enjoy: Let the casserole cool slightly, then serve hot for a hearty, family-friendly meal!
