Ingredients:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
1/2 lb lump crab meat
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread for serving
Instructions:
Cook the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and fully cooked. Set aside to cool.
