Party-Perfect: Ideal for game nights, potlucks, and holiday gatherings.

Flavorful & Cheesy: Cream cheese and cheddar make every bite indulgent.

Customizable: Use mild, spicy, or breakfast sausage for your favorite flavor.

    Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground sausage (mild, spicy, or breakfast sausage)
1/2 cup (120g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (60g) shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (2 sheets) puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Optional: fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked.
Drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.

In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar.
Mix until smooth and well blended.

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
Cut each sheet into 6–8 squares (or desired size).

Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture in the center of each square.
Fold into triangles or crescent shapes and seal edges by pressing with a fork.

Place stuffed pastries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden, shiny finish.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and flaky.

Optional: sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.
Serve warm as party appetizers, snacks, or a quick breakfast treat.

Tip: These sausage-stuffed puff pastries can be prepared ahead of time and frozen for an easy grab-and-bake snack.
