    Cheesy Kielbasa Potato and Ground Beef Skillet Recipe

     

    The Cheesy Kielbasa, Potato, and Ground Beef Skillet is the ultimate comfort food, combining savory flavors in a single pan. With tender potatoes, smoky kielbasa, juicy ground beef, and creamy cheddar cheese, it’s a hearty dish perfect for weeknight dinners. This one-pan meal is quick, easy, and minimizes cleanup while delivering maximum flavor. Seasoned with paprika, garlic, and onion, it’s a crowd-pleaser that pairs well with fresh greens or crusty bread. Garnish with parsley for a touch of freshness and dig into this cheesy, satisfying delight!

    Ingredients:

    1 lb (450g) ground beef

    1 lb (450g) kielbasa sausage, sliced

    4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

    1 cup heavy cream

    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    1 medium onion, diced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tsp paprika

    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Ground Beef:
    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat and set the beef aside.

    2. Sear the Kielbasa:
    In the same skillet, add the sliced kielbasa and cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly crisped. Remove and set aside.

    3. Sauté Onion and Garlic:
    Use the same skillet to sauté the diced onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.

    4. Cook the Potatoes:
    Add the diced potatoes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    5. Combine Ingredients:
    Return the ground beef and kielbasa to the skillet. Pour in the heavy cream and mix until fully combined.

    6. Add the Cheese:
    Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the skillet. Cover and reduce heat to low. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is melted.

    7. Garnish and Serve:
    Top with fresh parsley and serve hot! This cheesy, comforting skillet meal pairs perfectly with a green salad or crusty bread.
