    Cheesy Jalapeño Popper Egg Rolls – A Spicy, Crunchy Delight!

    These cheesy jalapeño popper egg rolls are the perfect crispy appetizer with a creamy, cheesy filling and a spicy kick. Whether you’re hosting a game day party or just craving a fun snack, these golden-fried treats are sure to be a hit!

    Ingredients:

    • 4 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely diced
    • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper
    • 12 egg roll wrappers
    • Vegetable oil, for frying

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine diced jalapeños, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
    2. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheesy jalapeño mixture onto the center of the wrapper.
    3. Fold & Roll: Fold in the sides of the wrapper, then roll it up tightly. Use a little water on the edges to seal the egg roll securely. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
    4. Heat the Oil: Pour vegetable oil into a deep fryer or large pot and heat to 350°F (180°C).
    5. Fry Until Crispy: Carefully drop the egg rolls into the hot oil, frying in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Avoid overcrowding the fryer.
    6. Drain & Serve: Remove the egg rolls with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
    7. Enjoy with Your Favorite Dipping Sauce! Serve hot with ranch dressing, sweet chili sauce, or a creamy sriracha dip.

    Recipe Tips:

    ✔ Want a Baked Version? Brush the egg rolls with oil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway.
    ✔ Air Fryer Option: Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping once for even crispiness.
    ✔ Make Ahead: Prep the egg rolls and freeze before frying for an easy make-ahead appetizer.
