Cheesy Ground Beef Casserole Bake

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or penne)
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole or baking dish.
2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked pasta and mix well to coat evenly.
5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
6. Top with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
