    This Cheesy Ground Beef and Potato Casserole is the perfect comfort food for busy weeknights or family dinners. With layers of seasoned ground beef, tender potatoes, and a creamy cheese sauce, every bite is packed with flavor.     Ingredients:

    1 pound ground beef

    1 medium onion, chopped

    3–4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced (peeled if preferred)

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

    1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or chicken soup

    1/2 cup milk

    1/2 cup sour cream

    Optional: Paprika, garlic powder, or dried herbs for added flavor

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat Your Oven:

    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

    2. Prepare the Potatoes:

    Thinly slice the potatoes and set them aside.

    3. Cook the Ground Beef:

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until browned and tender.

    Drain the excess grease, then season with salt and pepper.

    4. Mix the Creamy Sauce:

    Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
