Ingredients:

8 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 (7 oz) can diced green chiles, drained

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

1 tbsp butter (for greasing the baking dish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Lightly grease a 9×13 glass baking dish with butter to prevent sticking.

3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.

4. Add the drained diced green chiles and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir to combine.

5. Pour the egg mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
