2 large potatoes, grated

2 eggs
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix grated potatoes, shredded cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, whisk eggs, yogurt, olive oil, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
