    Cheesy Garlic Steak Bites Over Creamy Linguine Pasta

     

    Looking for an easy, indulgent dinner? This Cheesy Garlic Steak Bites with Creamy Linguine Pasta is the perfect recipe for busy weeknights or special occasions. Juicy, tender sirloin steak bites are seasoned to perfection and served over rich, creamy garlic cheese linguine pasta pure comfort in every bite!

    Ingredients:

    For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

    1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

    2 tbsp olive oil

    4 tbsp butter, divided

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

    1 tsp smoked paprika

    ½ tsp black pepper

    ¼ tsp salt

    For the Creamy Cheesy Linguine Pasta:

    1 lb linguine pasta

    6 tbsp butter

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    3 cups heavy cream

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    ½ cup grated Romano cheese

    1 tsp salt

    ½ tsp black pepper

    ¼ tsp garlic powder

     

    Instructions:

    Cook the Garlic Steak Bites:

    In a mixing bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

    Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add half of the steak bites, searing for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.

    Remove and repeat with remaining steak and 2 tbsp butter. Set aside.

    Prepare the Creamy Garlic Cheese Pasta:

    While steak is cooking, boil linguine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    In the same skillet, melt 6 tbsp butter over medium heat.

    Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce heat to low.

    Stir in Parmesan, mozzarella, and Romano cheese. Mix until sauce is smooth and creamy.

    Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Toss cooked pasta in the creamy cheese sauce until fully coated.

    Serve:

    Plate the creamy linguine pasta and top with juicy garlic steak bites.
