Ingredients:
– ½ lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
– ½ lb lump crab meat
– 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– ½ cup sour cream
– ½ cup mayonnaise
– ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread for serving
Directions:
1. Cook the Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Set aside to cool.
2. Make the Creamy Base:
In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
3. Add Seafood & Spinach:
Gently fold in cooked shrimp, crab meat, chopped spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until evenly combined.
4. Bake Until Golden:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread the dip into a baking dish and bake 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden, bubbly, and irresistible.
