    Cheesy Cauliflower Bites Perfect Low-Carb Snack!

     

    These Cheesy Cauliflower Bites are the ultimate low-carb snack crispy on the outside and loaded with a cheesy, savory flavor! Made with a delicious blend of cheddar, Parmesan, and spices, each bite is packed with flavor and crunch. Perfect for parties, game day, or a tasty appetizer, they’re baked instead of fried for a healthier option. Easy to make in just 40 minutes, these bites are a crowd-pleaser you’ll want to serve again and again. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy them hot for the best taste!

    Ingredients:

    1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1/2 cup breadcrumbs

    2 large eggs

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon onion powder

    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    2. Make the Coating: In a bowl, mix shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

    3. Prepare the Egg Wash: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly to use as a coating base.

    4. Coat the Cauliflower: Dip each cauliflower floret into the eggs, then roll in the cheesy breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to cover completely.

    5. Arrange & Bake: Place coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

    6. Serve & Enjoy: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot! Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or anytime snack.
