    Cheesy Broccoli Stuffed Pasta Shells Recipe

    Looking for a hearty vegetarian dinner that’s creamy, cheesy, and satisfying? These Three-Cheese & Broccoli Stuffed Shells are packed with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and tender broccoli, baked in rich marinara sauce for the ultimate comfort food dish! Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or potlucks.

     

    Ingredients for Cheesy Broccoli Stuffed Shells:

    20 jumbo pasta shells

    2 cups ricotta cheese

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    2 cups steamed broccoli, finely chopped

    1 large egg, beaten

    2 cups marinara sauce

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

    Fresh basil, chopped (optional garnish)

     

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and cool slightly.

    3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped broccoli, and beaten egg.

    4. Carefully stuff each shell with the creamy broccoli cheese filling.

    5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells on top.

    6. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle generously with more mozzarella cheese.

    7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

    8. Garnish with fresh basil for extra flavor and serve hot.

     

    Prep Time: 30 minutes

    Calories: 410 per serving
