These Three-Cheese & Broccoli Stuffed Shells are packed with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and tender broccoli, baked in rich marinara sauce for the ultimate comfort food dish! Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or potlucks.

Ingredients for Cheesy Broccoli Stuffed Shells:

    20 jumbo pasta shells

    2 cups ricotta cheese

    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

    Fresh basil, chopped (optional garnish)

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and cool slightly.

    3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped broccoli, and beaten egg.

    4. Carefully stuff each shell with the creamy broccoli cheese filling.
