Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
12 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

 

In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess grease.

Stir in tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the cooked egg noodles and sour cream. Mix well until everything is evenly coated in the creamy sauce.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.

Optional: Add a crunchy topping of French fried onions or buttered breadcrumbs before baking for an extra layer of texture and flavor.
