    YUMMY CHICKEN THIGHS

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 500 grams of chicken thighs.
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon of mild paprika
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic
    • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
    • 1 teaspoon of ginger
    • 3 tablespoons of butter
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 1 yellow bell pepper
    • 1 tablespoon of soy
    • 1 lemon , chives

    INSTRUCTIONS :

    For our recipe, we will
    need 500 grams of chicken thighs. Cut each of them into
    three pieces. In a bowl, add the pieces of thighs and for
    seasoning, add 1 teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of black
    pepper, 1 teaspoon of mild paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic,
    two tablespoons of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of ginger, and stir.
    Now, in a frying pan
    On medium heat, add oil and all our chicken to fry. And when one side of the chicken is browned, turn them all over to brown the other side.

    Put the chicken aside. And to continue in the same
    pan, add three tablespoons of butter, three garlic cloves,
    chives, half of a chopped yellow bell pepper, and saute Now, add one tablespoon of soy
    sauce, the juice of one lemon, One tablespoon of cornstarch
    dissolved in 50 mils of water and stir to combine for three
    minutes. And to finish our recipe, add
    our chicken into the pan and stir to combine,
