    Cajun Seafood Alfredo with Lobster Crab & Salmon

    Ingredients

    1 Lobster Tail: cooked and chopped

    1/2 lb Crab Meat: checked for shells

    2 Salmon Fillets: skin removed, cut into chunks

    8 oz Fettuccine Pasta

    2 tbsp Olive Oil

    4 tbsp Unsalted Butter

    3 cloves Garlic: minced

    2 cups Heavy Cream

    1 cup Parmesan Cheese: grated

    1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (adjust to taste)

    Salt and Pepper: to taste

    1/4 cup Fresh Parsley: chopped

    Instructions

    Step 1: Cook the Pasta

    1. Boil the fettuccine according to package instructions, cooking it al dente to maintain the perfect texture in the creamy Alfredo sauce. Drain and set aside.

    Step 2: Prepare the Cajun Salmon

    1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium heat.

    2. Season the salmon chunks with Cajun seasoning, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes until they have a golden crust. Set the salmon aside.

    Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter Base

    1. In the same skillet, melt 4 tbsp of unsalted butter over medium heat.

    2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic, as it may turn bitter.

    Step 4: Create the Creamy Parmesan Alfredo Sauce

    1. Slowly pour in 2 cups of heavy cream and stir well.

    2. Gradually add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted. Simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.

    Step 5: Add the Seafood

    1. Gently fold in the chopped lobster, crab meat, and cooked salmon chunks. Mix carefully to avoid breaking up the seafood.

    Step 6: Combine with Fettuccine

    1. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to evenly coat the pasta in the Cajun Alfredo sauce.

    2. Adjust with additional salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning if needed.

    Step 7: Garnish & Serve

    1. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot. This creamy, spicy seafood Alfredo is perfect for impressing guests or a cozy night in!
