    Cajun Lobster Crab and Salmon Alfredo Recipe

    Cajun Lobster Crab and Salmon Alfredo Recipe

     

     

    This Cajun Lobster, Crab, and Salmon Alfredo is the ultimate indulgence for seafood lovers! With a creamy Parmesan Alfredo sauce infused with bold Cajun seasoning, every bite is a delightful mix of lobster, crab, and salmon. Perfectly paired with pasta, this dish offers rich flavors and a touch of spice. Ready in just 40 minutes, it’s ideal for a special dinner or a cozy night in. Garnish with fresh parsley for a vibrant finish!

    Ingredients:

    1 lobster tail, cooked and chopped

    1/2 lb crab meat, checked for shells

    2 salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into chunks

    12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

    2 tbsp olive oil

    4 tbsp unsalted butter

    3 garlic cloves, minced

    2 cups heavy cream

    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

    Salt and pepper to taste

    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Cook the Pasta

    1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

    2. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, drain, and set aside.

     

    Step 2: Sauté the Salmon

    1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

    2. Season the salmon chunks with Cajun seasoning.

    3. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.

     

    Step 3: Prepare the Creamy Cajun Alfredo Sauce

    1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

    2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    3. Pour in heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.

    4. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.

     

    Step 4: Add Seafood and Pasta

    1. Mix in the chopped lobster, crab meat, and cooked salmon into the Alfredo sauce.

    2. Toss cooked pasta into the sauce until fully coated.

     

    Step 5: Serve

    1. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

    2. Serve hot with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
