Ingredients:

• 3 cups white chocolate chips
• 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup key lime juice
• Zest of 2 key limes
• 1-2 drops green food coloring (optional)
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Directions:

. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, key lime juice, lime zest, and green food coloring (if using).
. Fold in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
