Ingredients:
20 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (great for leftover chicken or rotisserie)
1 cup buffalo wing sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
2 green onions, sliced (optional garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, ranch (or blue cheese), and half of the mozzarella.
Stuff each pasta shell with the buffalo chicken filling and arrange them in the baking dish.
