    Buffalo Chicken Sliders Recipe

Looking for the ultimate game day appetizer or a quick party snack? These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are crispy, juicy, and tossed in a tangy buffalo sauce for the perfect spicy kick. Stacked on soft slider buns with cheese, pickles, and fresh lettuce, these mini sandwiches are guaranteed to disappear fast!

    Ingredients (Servings: 8 sliders):

    For the Chicken:
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon smoked paprika
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    Vegetable oil, for frying
    For the Sliders:
    8 slider buns
    Fresh lettuce leaves
    Sliced pickles
    Shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing
    For the Buffalo Sauce:
    ½ cup hot sauce
    3 tablespoons unsalted butter
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Instructions:

Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Dredge in flour until well coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high. Fry chicken 5–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked (165°F / 75°C). Drain on paper towels.

In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder until smooth and glossy.

Toss fried chicken pieces in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Layer lettuce on slider buns, add buffalo chicken, sprinkle cheese, and top with pickles. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired. Cover with top buns and serve hot.

    Recipe Tips:

Adjust Heat: Add more or less hot sauce to control spice level.
Melt the Cheese: Place cheese on hot chicken for 30 seconds for gooey perfection.
Serving Idea: Pair with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and extra buffalo sauce for dipping.

Crispy, spicy, and tangy, these Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the perfect party food or game day snack! Easy to make in 25 minutes with fried chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheesy slider buns.
