Treat yourself to the ultimate seafood indulgence! These broiled lobster tails are smothered in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce, broiled to perfection, and topped with freshly cracked black pepper and parsley. Perfect for a gourmet seafood dinner, a romantic date night, or any special occasion meal this restaurant-style lobster recipe is easy to make right at home!

    Ingredients:

4 lobster tails (thawed if frozen)

    1/2 cup unsalted butter

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 cup heavy cream

    1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

    2 tbsp chopped parsley

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan or Gruyère cheese (optional for extra richness)

    Instructions:

    Prep the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail. Gently pull the meat above the shell, leaving it attached at the base for a beautiful presentation.

Make the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer gently until slightly thickened.

    Assemble the Dish
Place the prepped lobster tails in a baking dish. Generously spoon the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if using.

    Broil to Perfection
Broil on high for 7–10 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque, tender, and lightly golden on top. Keep a close eye to avoid overcooking.

    Serve and Garnish
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley and a dash of extra black pepper. Serve hot with crusty bread, roasted vegetables, or a side of lemon butter rice.
