    Broccoli, Carrot, and Mushroom Stir-Fry

    Broccoli, Carrot, and Mushroom Stir-Fry is a quick, healthy, and flavorful vegetable dish made with crisp broccoli florets, tender carrots, and savory mushrooms tossed in a rich Asian-style sauce. Ready in under 20 minutes, this easy vegetable stir-fry recipe is perfect as a light main course or a nutritious side dish served with rice or noodles.

    1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil or sesame oil
    2 green onions, sliced (optional)
    Sesame seeds (optional)
    For the Savory Stir-Fry Sauce:
    3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or hoisin for vegetarian)
    1 teaspoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
    ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

    Directions:

    Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.

    Toss in broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 4–6 minutes until tender-crisp.

    Mix sauce ingredients and pour over vegetables.

    Cook for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the veggies.

    Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
