Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups shredded coconut
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel bits
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then stir in the pure vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and caramel bits over the cookie dough.
Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Allow it to cool completely before cutting into bars.
