    Berry Smoothie Bowl Bliss

    Kickstart your day with this vibrant and nutrient-packed berry smoothie bowl! Made with frozen banana, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, blended with creamy Greek yogurt and almond milk it’s the perfect quick healthy breakfast, post-workout snack, or refreshing summer treat!

     

    Ingredients:

    Smoothie Base:

    1 frozen banana

    ½ cup frozen strawberries

    ½ cup frozen blueberries

    ½ cup frozen raspberries

    ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

    ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

    1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

    Topping Ideas (Get Creative!):

    Fresh berries

    Sliced banana

    Granola for crunch

    Chia seeds for fiber

    Shredded coconut

    Drizzle of honey or nut butter

     

    Directions:

    1. In a blender, combine all the smoothie base ingredients.

    2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk for desired thickness.

    3. Pour into a bowl and smooth with a spoon.

    4. Top with your favorite healthy toppings.

    5. Serve and enjoy immediately!
