Ingredients:

Smoothie Base:

1 frozen banana

½ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen blueberries

½ cup frozen raspberries

½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions:
