    Ingredients:

    For the Shrimp:
    – 2 cups panko bread crumbs
    – 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    – 1 tsp garlic powder
    – Kosher salt
    – Freshly ground black pepper
    – 2 large eggs
    – 1 cup all-purpose flour
    – 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    – Freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish

    For the Bang Bang Sauce:
    – 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    – 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
    – 1 tbsp sriracha
    – Juice of 1 lime
    – 1 tsp honey
    – Kosher salt

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. Prepare the Breading: In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko bread crumbs, olive oil, and garlic powder. Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

    3. Set Up Coating Station: In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs. Place the all-purpose flour in a third shallow bowl.

    4. Coat the Shrimp: Using tongs, dip each shrimp first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the panko mixture. Place the coated shrimp on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all shrimp are coated.

    5. Bake the Shrimp: Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven until they are crispy and golden, about 13 to 15 minutes.

    6. Make the Bang Bang Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and honey. Season with kosher salt to taste.

    7. Serve: Drizzle the Bang Bang Sauce over the baked shrimp and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
