    Banana Cream Cheesecake Recipe – Easy Homemade Banana Dessert
    Indulge in this Banana Cream Cheesecake, a rich and creamy dessert with buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and fresh banana flavor. This easy banana cheesecake recipe is perfect for parties, holidays, or any sweet craving.

    Ingredients
    For the Graham Cracker Crust:
    2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    1/4 cup granulated sugar

    1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

    For the Creamy Banana Cheesecake Filling:
    3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

    1 cup granulated sugar

    1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

    3 large eggs

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1 tsp pure vanilla extract

    2 ripe bananas, mashed

    For the Whipped Cream Topping:
    1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

    1/4 cup powdered sugar

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Sliced bananas and crushed graham crackers (optional garnish)

    Instructions
    Step 1: Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust
    Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

    Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly combined.

    Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

    Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool.

    Step 2: Make the Cream Cheese Banana Filling
    Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

    Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; mix well.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas; mix until smooth.

    Pour over cooled crust and smooth the top.

    Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake
    Place springform pan in a larger baking dish and pour hot water around it (water bath optional to prevent cracking).

    Bake 60–70 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggly.

    Turn off oven, crack door, and let cheesecake cool 1 hour.

    Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Step 4: Prepare Whipped Cream Topping
    Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

    Step 5: Assemble and Serve
    Spread whipped cream over chilled cheesecake.

    Garnish with sliced bananas and crushed graham crackers if desired.
