Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar for a rich depth of flavor
2 tbsp olive oil for crispy perfection
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves for an herby touch
Salt & pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for a cheesy, golden crust
Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
