Baked Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
– 12 large eggs
– 1 cup milk
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 9×13 glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine Ingredients: Whisk together eggs, milk, water, salt, and melted butter in a large bowl until well combined.
3. Pour Mixture: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
4. Bake Initial Round: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
5. Stir and Continue Baking: After 10 minutes, gently stir the eggs to break them up, then continue baking for an additional 12 minutes. They will still appear liquid but will set perfectly.
6. Fluff and Serve: Once baked, fluff the eggs with a fork, season with salt and pepper if desired, and serve warm. Enjoy!
