    Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts, butterflied or pounded flat

    1 cup broccoli, finely chopped

    1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

    ¼ cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise

    ½ teaspoon garlic powder

    ½ teaspoon onion powder

    ½ teaspoon paprika

    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crunch)

    Instructions
    Season the chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

    Prepare the topping: In a bowl, mix the chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, and Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise). Add breadcrumbs if you want a firmer, crispy crust.

    Top the chicken: Evenly spread the broccoli and cheese mixture over each chicken breast.

    Preheat the air fryer: Heat to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
