Air-Fried Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Potatoes

    Ingredients:
    – 3 large potatoes
    – Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley (for potatoes)
    – 2 strip steaks, about 10 ounces each
    – Olive oil
    – Salt, pepper, garlic powder
    – Steak seasoning (such as Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning)
    – 4 tablespoons of butter
    – 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
    – 1 teaspoon of dried parsley

    Instructions:
    1. Wash and cube the potatoes.
    2. Toss the potatoes in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley. Use your judgment for the amounts.
    3. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes, shaking them occasionally for even cooking.
    4. While the potatoes cook, cut the steak into 1-inch cubes.
    5. Coat the steak bites in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
    6. Once the potatoes are done, set them aside.
    7. Air fry the steak bites at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes, aiming for a medium cook.
    8. Melt the butter and mix in minced garlic and dried parsley.
    9. Pour the garlic butter over the steak bites and serve them over the crispy potatoes.
    10. Enjoy your delicious meal!
