Delicious Layered Potatoes and Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients:
– 3 potatoes, peeled and boiled
– 1 white onion
– 1 package of ground beef
– 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
– 1 pinch paprika
– 1 large bag shredded mozzarella
**For the Bechamel Sauce:
– 5 tablespoons butter
– 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 4 cups milk
– 2 teaspoons salt
– 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
– Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare Bechamel Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add flour and stir until smooth and golden. Gradually whisk in hot milk until smooth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and season with salt and nutmeg. Set aside.
2. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
