Creamy Ranch Chicken Delight
Ingredients:
– 3 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
– 2 packets dry ranch seasoning
– 16 ounces cream cheese
– 6 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
– 1 cup cheddar cheese
– Chopped green onions for garnish
Directions:
1. Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker and sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning evenly over them.
2. Add Creamy Goodness:
Cut the cream cheese into chunks and distribute them on top of the chicken.
3. Set and Forget:
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours until the chicken is tender and infused with the ranch seasoning.
4. Shred and Top:
After cooking, shred the chicken using two forks directly in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the shredded chicken, then add a layer of cheddar cheese.
5. Melt to Perfection:
Cover the slow cooker again and cook on high for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheddar cheese is melted and gooey.

Serve the creamy ranch chicken on buns for sandwiches, over rice for a comforting meal, or with your favorite side dishes. Garnish with chopped green onions for extra flavor and freshness.
