Ingredients:
– Chicken wings
– 1 tablespoon seven colours grill seasoning
– ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
– 1 teaspoon Mixed herbs
– 1 teaspoon Paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon Olive oil
For the Sauce/Glaze:
– ¼ cup BBQ sauce (or chicken sauce, as preferred)
– 1 teaspoon Honey
– 1 teaspoon Vinegar
– ½ teaspoon Chilli flakes
– 1 tablespoon Water
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken wings into drumettes and flats, then pat them dry with paper towels.
2. In a bowl, mix together the seven colours grill seasoning, cayenne pepper, mixed herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
4. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in an air fryer or on a baking sheet if using an oven.
5. Air fry or bake the wings until they are crisp and golden brown.
6. While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce by stirring together the BBQ sauce (or chicken sauce), honey, vinegar, chilli flakes, and water in a small saucepan.
7. Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the prepared sauce until evenly coated.
8. Serve the wings hot, garnished with your favorite herbs or spices if desired.
