Ingredients:
– 1 cup pineapple juice
– 6 tablespoons BBQ sauce
– 6 tablespoons brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
– 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, chili powder, and red pepper flakes.
2. Place chicken breasts in a gallon-sized ziplock bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to marinate.
3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard excess marinade.
4. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 12 to 15 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
