Ingredients:

– 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 1/2 cups white sugar

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1/4 cup sugar

– 1/2 cup blueberry jam or preserves

Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. Cookie Dough: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. In another bowl, cream together butter and 1 1/2 cups of sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg and vanilla. Gradually add the dry ingredients.
3. Dough Balls: Spoon teaspoonfuls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
4. Cream Cheese Mixture: Blend cream cheese with 1/4 cup of sugar and vanilla until creamy.
