Quick and practical pasta
Ingredients:
Green scent (to taste)
350g beef strips
1 teaspoon of salt
chili pepper (to taste)
oregano (to taste)
200ml of water
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 package of spaghetti
2 tablespoons of oil
basil (to taste)
1 pinch of black pepper
1 can of peeled tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1 teaspoon of spicy paprika
5 cloves of garlic, chopped
Method of preparation:
Heat a frying pan with oil and add the meat to brown.
When the meat is golden, add the garlic, onion and pepper.
Use salt, black pepper and paprika to season.
Add the tomato paste and a little water to loosen the entire bottom of the pan.
Add the peeled tomato, water, green chilli, basil and oregano.
When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and set aside.
In a pan with boiling water and salt, let the pasta cook following the cooking time suggested by the product manufacturer.
Next, drain the water from the pasta and add it to a serving dish.
Pour the sauce over the pasta.
Taste and adjust the salt, if necessary.
