    My grandma’s easy recipe, incredibly delicious

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 1 kg of potatoes
    • 400 g of minced beef
    • 1 ½ onion
    • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon of paprika
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tablespoon of flour
    • Parsley
    • cottage cheese

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    in a pot of boiling water, add one kg of potatoes and cook them until soft, and while the potatoes are cooking, cut one onion in half and then thinly slice it, then dice it.
    In a pan, add olive oil, then the onion, saute, and then add 400 g of minced beef, Fry for 8 to 10 minutes and stir constantly to shred the meat.

    Next, add salt to taste, black pepper to taste, garlic powder to taste, paprika to taste, and stir it to blend all the flavors together, then place the met in a bowl and set aside.

    The potatoes are already cooked, mash them completely.

    Next, add one egg, black pepper to taste, salt to
    taste, one tablespoon of flour and stir to combine.

    Next, spread some flour on your hands to help shape our mashed potatoes,
    take a portion of it and flatten it, and then fill it with the ground beef, and close it well and repeat the process until the potatoes are done.

    In a frying pan, add butter, let it melt, add our potato rolls one by one
    and let them fry for one to two minutes on each side.

    Next, chop parsley very finely,( It’s optional ).  Put the parsley on top and add cottage cheese to taste.

    The recipe is ready.
